Meet the DSI Team, Vol. 4: Shawn Lewis, Sales Manager

At Door Systems, our strength comes from the people who bring experience, leadership, and dedication to every part of the business. For this edition of Meet the DSI Team, we’re excited to spotlight Shawn Lewis , Sales Manager at Door Systems, Inc. and the latest member of our leadership team.

Shawn joined the Door Systems estimating team in 2018 and quickly made an impact. Through his strong work ethic, industry knowledge, and ability to support both customers and teammates, he advanced to Senior Estimator and now serves as Sales Manager, overseeing the entire estimating team.

In his role as Sales Manager, Shawn has taken on the responsibility head-on, with a clear focus on expanding and strengthening the Door Systems sales department. As DSI continues to grow and serve clients across the USA, Shawn is helping build the structure, leadership, and team alignment needed to support that growth. His experience in estimating, sales, and business operations gives him a unique perspective on how to better serve our clients, support our internal teams, and help Door Systems continue delivering dependable solutions nationwide.

Shawn is also a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, bringing the problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach Cal Poly is known for into his work every day.

Raised in San Jose, Shawn is a loyal Bay Area sports fan, cheering for the San Francisco 49ers and the Golden State Warriors. Outside of work, he is a husband and father of three who spends much of his free time supporting his children on the soccer pitch, football field, and tennis court.

When he’s not with family or following his favorite teams, Shawn enjoys being outdoors. Whether he’s skiing, snowboarding, camping in the forest, or relaxing at the beach, he makes the most of every season.
